With a name that cleverly nods to both 'bed' and the relaxed disarray often called 'bedlam,' our brand celebrates superior craftsmanship and beauty of imperfection.

From the Founder

When I first bought ‘French’ linen bedding, I quickly realized it wasn’t what it seemed—manufactured in China with questionable quality. This exposed how most brands source raw flax from Europe but manufacture elsewhere, compromising on authenticity. Determined to find a better way, I set out to source linen that truly honors craftsmanship, sustainability, and quality.

My search spanned continents, from evaluating local options in Australia to meeting suppliers in Asia and Europe. I finally found the finest, ethically produced linen in the Baltics, a region known for its sustainable practices and rich textile traditions, near where I grew up.

My mother, a tailor, introduced me to these traditions early on, teaching me the value of quality and craftsmanship. These lessons now guide BEDLAM’s commitment to high standards. Today, BEDLAM fuses Baltic craftsmanship with sustainability, using eco-friendly, solar-powered methods to offer luxurious, responsibly made linen.
